Delete your account

You can delete your Earnwise account at any time. Below we explain how to do it, what data is removed, and what happens next.

What gets permanently deleted

  • Your profile (name, photo, bio, location, investment details)
  • All board and forum posts, plus your comments
  • Your marketplace listings and portfolio items
  • Network connections, group memberships, and invitations
  • 1:1 conversations and group chat participation
  • Course progress and earned certificates
  • External certificates and identity verifications
  • Reviews, ratings, and reports you submitted
  • Newsletter subscriptions and notification preferences

What is retained

  • VAT invoices and accounting records (kept for 5 years as required by Polish accounting law)
  • Anonymized system logs required for fraud detection

How to delete your account

Option A - from the app (recommended)

  1. Sign in earnwise.eu/login
  2. Open Settings
  3. Scroll to the "Danger zone" section
  4. Click "Delete account" and confirm by typing your email

The account is deleted immediately. The action cannot be undone.

Option B - by email

If you can't access the app, send a message to mailing@earnwise.eu

Subject: Account deletion request

Include the email address you registered with. We'll delete the account within 30 days (usually faster).

What happens after deletion

Once your account is deleted you can no longer sign in with that email. Content and messages you published are removed from the app. The legal basis is GDPR Article 17 (right to be forgotten).
